A US store that does not offer international shipping can still be accessible when it accepts delivery to a domestic address. A package forwarder provides a US warehouse address, receives the purchase and lets you arrange a separate international shipment. If the retailer also rejects your payment method, an assisted purchase service may solve that different problem.
